The Setting

Whispertree, Anderson Valley.

The Table

Farm to table, everyday.

Three nourishing, farm-to-table meals a day, built around what’s fresh and grown close to the land. Here in Anderson Valley, that means simple, bright flavors, produce from nearby soil, and food that restores as much as it fills. Meals are gathered and unhurried — a chance to slow down, share the table, and be nourished in good company. Whatever your body needs, you’ll rise from each meal grounded and cared for.

Explore

The land is yours to wander.

Between sessions, the land opens up. Six miles of scenic trails wind through 600 acres of rolling hills and oak trees, with quiet corners all your own — a shaded spot to lay down your mat, a place by the pond to sit and meditate, a patch of grass to simply rest. Hike, wander, or find a pocket of stillness and stay in it. Cool off in the swimming pond, soak in the redwood hot tub under the stars, and let the acreage give you room to breathe. Nothing is required — the hours between practice are yours to fill, or beautifully not.

Yoga & Meditation

Nicole draws from many styles to guide classes that are slow, deep, and safe, accessible to students of all levels — helping students balance their nervous system, cultivate presence, and move with mindful awareness. Strongly influenced by the Buddhist practices of Vipassana and Metta meditation, she invites students to practice with compassionate awareness. Practicing Hatha yoga since 1996, she leads wellness retreats in Northern California and internationally several times a year, weaving together yoga, meditation, and mindful living practices to support transformation and connection. For her, yoga’s deepest gift is connection to our true nature: coming home to the body, connecting to the heart, and resting in a place of peace and presence.
